Arbor Lodge’s Carriage House Reroof

We are in the middle of installing an #1 Blue label fire treated wood shingles on the carriage house at the Arbor Lodge in Nebraska City. The carriage house is a historical renovation project that we are working on through the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. As you will see we are just about completed in these pictures. We will update with completed photo after the project completion.

Columbus Family Practice and Tooley’s Pharmacy

Just completed in Columbus, NE. Two building project included the family practice and the other Tooley’s Pharmacy. A total of 225 squares of Canyon Shake (Timberwood) with the batten and counterbatten system. Project took a total of 6 weeks with quite a few rain days. This project was new construction so we have no before pictures, however here are a bunch of after picks.

Hanson Residence

Removal of composition wood shake shingle. Installation of Canyon Shake (stone coated steel) shingle over a counter and batten system. The color is English Suede.

Palmer Inn

220 sq. of Barclay Guardian stone coated steel roof. Located in York, NE. Completed in January 2009. Here are before and after pics.

Mosaic Bethpage Village

Barrel Vault stone coated metal roofing (color:Cyprus) We removed clay tile installed wood battens and counterbattens, then installed metal shingle. These pictures are all after completion.

St. Paul Church-Fort Dodge

This job was in Fort Dodge, IA and started on 8/5/10. It was a two building project for a total of 200 squares, with a pitch of 16/12. We removed the old asphalt shingles and installed a stone coated steel roof called “Granite Ridge” (color: Timberwood). Also, installed custom sidewall flashings and dead valley flashings. Before and After pictures are included for viewing. The stone coated steel shingles are perfect of church organization, so take a hard look if you represent a church organization.

Hey Everybody,

Thanks for coming out last weekend to all of the Council Bluffs and North Platte shows.
